Is there an eay way to add crew photos, other than double click artist, etc, and then google images copy /paste?

When you say easy, what kind of thing were you thinking? I would say the Google Images support is pretty easy - you can also drag drop from a webpage incidently.

If you're looking for a way to spare you the actual work of clicking the mouse and doing the C & P, look here. You'll find a link to a fairly large headshot db (courtesy of DVDoug and numerous others), and on the second page a link to a tool that does the import for you.
