I've noticed on at least two titles (Urusei Yatsura - Seasons 1 & 2 Collection and Chargeman Ken!: The Complete Series) they display just fine on the software but not on the website. Any ideas?

I am experiencing this on several titles. There were a few posts back in May on a different thread about it, including mine here. The titles I listed there are still giving me this problem.

It didn't really generate much discussion in that thread.  Since then I'm seeing it on several more titles, including "3 Godfathers: Warner Archive Collection", "Doctor Who: Tom Baker: Complete Season Four" and "Vitagraph Comedies".  I've no idea what's going on.

I continue to see this error in the online collection display on certain newer titles, though not all.  For example, in a recent Criterion Collection sale I picked up the new Pandora's Box blu-ray, the newish All That Money Can Buy (Devil and Daniel Webster) blu-ray, and the newish To Die For 4K/blu-ray combo.

While the online (website) profile for Pandora's Box displays fine, the online profiles for the other two display this error.

At this point I've pretty much resigned myself to this not being fixed since it's one of those problems that's been going on a long time, like the problem with the incremental download of new/changed profiles (Refresh Online Profile List...). But I guess it can't hurt to mention it occasionally just in case.

I'm starting to guess those pages are originally created when a new profile is submitted and that it doesn't get auto generated or regenerated when updates are made. Hence the reason why this seems to exist only for profiles that were newly submitted around the time the server crashed.
