| Posted: | | | | During the recent outage the maintenance page included the below statement. "One additional note: We're aware of the Android app absence, and will be working to resolve soon."Just an FYI for those who weren't aware. | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection |

| Posted: | | | | What is the current status with the Android app? I've had a new cell phone (Google Pixel 8) since the weekend and unfortunately I can't transfer my collection to my cell phone because no app works or can be found.
Is there any work being done on it? |

| Posted: | | | | What happens next? How long do we have to wait? Are you even working on a working Android version? I love the profiler and want to be able to use it on my phone just like before (or better)... |

It is almost two months since your message and there is still no update. Yeah. I'm currently using Galaxy S24 Ultra, and the app is not compatible with it. I tried all the possible methods but the CPU Chip of the phone (Snapdragon) is designed to block all 32-bit apps. So the only solution is for the developers to update the app. I'm really not sure how long more it will take. |

| Posted: | | | | I recently got an S24+ (Android 14, Exynos) und DVD Profiler is the only app I wasn't able to install again. Please Invelos, PLEASE update it. I know how much time (and frustration) goes into app development and I've definitely got my money worth with the old app, so I'd be more than willing to pay for it again but PLEASE give us our favorite app back! |

I have the same problème, transfer from Samsung with Android 13 to a redmi with android 14. I have the apk file but impossible to install. As you said, the only solution is for the developper to recompile their source file to create a compatible android 14 file. Please, Invelos, answer to us to say yes or no to create this update. If not, thanks to give us a compatible software not to lost all our databases | | | Android 5 Samsung Galaxy S5 | | | Last edited: by Jack56fr |

If not, thanks to give us a compatible software not to lost all our databases I'm afraid that it is unlikely that we'll ever see any updates to any of Invelos' products. So if a phone app is important to you, then you'll have to look for something else. There are no apps that can access Invelos' online database. There are, however, PC programs that can import your collection, and that also have phone apps. Some of them have been discussed in the thread Alternatives to DVD Profiler? | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |
