Version 3.0 Upgrade - Key not accepted online as premium user

I have paid for and have been enjoying the premium edition of DVD Profiler for quite some time.  However, I just upgraded to v3.0, and while the program accepted a key for me, online, it says that I have not a paid for user.  This needs to be corrected please.

I look forward to hearing that this oversight has been corrected.

I had signed on with my key information, and I was getting it when I went to view the database info.  I then attempted to start a support ticket, but it told me that I needed a premium key in oder to open a support ticket.  I revisited my info online, and sure enough, it did say Premium key.  That is when I submitted a message to the forum.  Now, after your inquiry, I double-checked the areas, and they do not give me the same message again... Strange....
