Hm, is that documented somewhere? I assume that it was implemented after Ken had written that article in the knowledge base. It's a pity Ken was so bad at updating the documentation. Or, in fact, documenting some special functions at all. Now much of it is just through oral tradition. 
It took quite a while for me to find the documentation.
It appears in the Support Knowledge base under Crash / Hang, Floating Point Error, or missing text on buttons.

Hold the Ctrl key and select Refresh Online Profile List... under the Online... tab.

Under the support tab select downloading then I'm unable to download the online profile list.
Answer:
You can download the online profile list directly from your browser and save it to your "My Documents\DVD Profiler" directory. The next time you start DVD Profiler, it will automatically import the downloaded file.
Download the file by right-clicking on the download link below and selecting "Save Target As". Then, browse to your "My Documents" folder, then into "DVD Profiler" from there. Save the downloaded file.

The underlined section below is the part of the contribution rules that allow for these credits to be included. So if it is a German profile and these credits play when you select German as the language, they are valid to be included.
Crew and Cast
Take Crew Credits from the film credits only; list names exactly as they are in the credits. Exception: If the credit information is entirely capitalized, use standard capitalization rules instead.

As their only credits in the database are without the middle names, the proper credits would be:

Make sure the "Check for child profiles during add" is checked.
