Can't upload collection from Android app |

When updating my online collection through the Android app, I keep getting a "Connection error, retry?" message. My new movies don't get added to the onlune collection.
Does anybody know what's happening? |

| Posted: | | | | For what it's worth, iOS users have been having the same problem since the new server was installed a year ago. Don't expect a fix. Your best bet is to sync directly to the PC version. That works fine in iOS. |

| Posted: | | | | In DVD Profiler on your PC go to File:Synchronize with DVD Profiler Mobile and follow the directions. Then on your mobile device go to Databases on the bottom right and then hit + on the top right and follow the directions |
