| | Posted: | | | | Removed edition as this is not a collector's edition, added SRP, Aspect ratio, subtitles and audio tracks, disc info and improved cover scans. This also has 5 collectable postcards and a screenplay (Amazon Exclusive) but the field for 'other features' is too small to accomodate these and 'Thursday's Child' - could this be classified as a featurette?
