Stephen Moore (1966), Actor in The Doctor (1991) (his only credit that's out on DVD): http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0601894/. That's the only link I can find for him.

Stephen Moore (1937), Actor in Pirate Radio, A Bridge Too Far, numerous others: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0601891/, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen_Moore_%28actor%29, http://www.associatedcontent.com/actor/612283/stephen-moore.html, http://pediaview.com/openpedia/Stephen_Moore_%28actor%29
My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT.
FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it!

Sorry, no link found

The voice actor in Tom and Jerry could be also the 1966, but as the one in Blood Ties looks different, the BY is still needed.

I'll contribute the BY, when ready with the profile of The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, I'm currently working on.

I'll buy the song writer (although: are we sure those are original songs?), but I have my doubts about the 'Kill Me Again' actor. That lone IMDb-link has absolutely no other information on that alledged second Stanley Brown, except that one film credit. I'm not at all convinced that this is a different person than the 1914 Stanley Brown. Better yet: there are other sources (like http://www.fandango.com/stanleybrown/filmography/p9026) that actually attribute 'Kill Me Again' to the 1914 Stanley Brown.

Here is what Stanley Brown looked like in 1939.
Link to picture

In regards to him starring in Kill Me Again, well according to IMDB the other Stanley Brown mostly acted in the 1930's and 1940's with his last acting gig in 1955 as uncredited. It seems unlikely that an actor who's last acting gig was in 1955 would return 30+ years later to star in one film. But it's not impossible either.

But regardless the BY is still needed to identify the actor from the Song Writer.

Also regarding Fandango, I've noticed that they will lump together actors who share the same name under one listing. In fact I've seen cases where they will credit a film to an actor (by the same name) even though that actor died years before that film was released. So personally I wouldn't use fandango as a source.

Granted. It seems that after his acting career, he became an agent. Maybe he did a little cameo at the request of one of his clients? It's not entirely unthinkable, but the gap is indeed huge. It's just that I'd like to see more than just IMDb as the single source, especially when it's a completely empty page with absolutely no information on this alledged other Stanley Brown than only one single credit.

Quote:

Correct. Which why I had indeed already added it to the index. I assume you've established that those are indeed valid "song writer" credits, written especially for the movie?

Point taken. On the other hand, many people have made similar comments about IMDb, and I've indeed personally found them making such mistakes. So the same case could be made with regards to IMDb, yet you're happily trusting them as the sole source of evidence that this other Stanley Brown actually exists... I'm not saying Fandango is holy, not al all. Instead, I'm just saying that IMDb as a sole source is pretty slim, too - especially when there's another source with conflicting data.

There is one.

And another.

I think, especially with a lesser known actor such as this, that there will always be conflicting data. Some sites will say one thing and another will say the opposite. In this case there will likely always be doubt if they are two separate people or one actor.
