Yup, I can agree with that, and I would welcome a quick rule change to that effect.

However even if that rule change was made, the problem with this particular title remains. The cover gives no indication of "special edition", but the disc shouts "SPECIAL EDITION" in large friendly letters.

I think RaymondG hit it on the head, are we DVD profiler or cover profiler?
