There is. There's no guarantee that all birth years listed here have actually been submitted. This is normal behaviour. Contributions containing a birth year that is not yet on Invelos' "accepted" list will automatically be promoted to "second-level" Invelos review, which indeed means the contribution can't be voted on. Note that "second-level" review doesn't happen at the same time as the "normal" evaluation of contributions, and also isn't done on a very regular basis. As such, it may take well over a week, occassionally even two, before such a contribution is processed.

So yeah: you just need to submit a profile with the missing birth year in it, make sure you document the need for that particular birth year (not just documenting that one, but also showing there's a second person with the same common name), and then it should get accepted.
