Yeah how dare they. Where s Skip when you need him.
Bi Polar social club perhaps. There's no need for this sh*t!!!! As of late, Skip hasn't been involving himself in sh*t like this, so neither should you! |

Bi Polar social club perhaps. Wow, you really can't help yourself can you? I certainly hope the moderators, and the community, take note that you contribute nothing except digs at Skip.
I will give Skip for not taking the bait. This is how he got banned at DVDSpot, his never ending diatribes against a member called TallGuyMe. |

Quote: These three statements
Quote: Check capitalization of the title.
For English titles do not capitalize joining words such as "of", "the", "a", "in", etc. unless they are the first, last or only word of the title. "Lord of the Rings" is correctly capitalized. "Lord Of The Rings" is not. "The Matrix Reloaded" is correctly capitalized. "The matrix reloaded" is not.
For non-English titles, use capitalization rules common to the language of the title. “Tout va bien” is correctly capitalized. “Tout Va Bien” is not.
tell me that I should use English capitalization rules for titles. If I were wrong in that assessment it would mean that we copy English titles the way they are on the cover and for every other language we use the "capitalization rules common to the language of the title". Sense that would make none. Back to the topic at hand, this logic makes the most sense. Exactly. And when you want to see what the title on the cover actually looks like, look at the cover scan. Solves all eventualities. | | | Hans |

This is how he got banned at DVDSpot, his never ending diatribes against a member called TallGuyMe. Well he did say he could find my country's GDP down the back of his sofa. And i was ungrateful little brat who played on his disability and much more. Not to mention he had a go at DVD Junkie being from Kansas which because of him almost resulted in a law suit on the site. But you are right in the respect of me having a go at Skip. It's not so much him other than im making a point of just how ridiculous this contribution system is. Skips probably a cool guy in real life so yeah for what it's worth sorry Skip. |

You have zero idea what that was about, and that inane comment shows it. Quote: But you are right in the respect of me having a go at Skip. As much as I think Skip is the thorn in this forum's side, dude hasn't posted in a couple weeks. Quote: It's not so much him other than im making a point of just how ridiculous this contribution system is. The bigger problem isn't so much the contribution system but rather the 27 pages of back and forth with zero guidance from those who make the final decision. | | | Reviewer, HorrorTalk.com

He might be a doctor but he is dumb enough to vote for a party with giant white elephant as there mascot. The standards of living in Scotland are in most areas here are higher than in America. . And i don't think you have a clue what it's like growing up with a disability accept maybe obesity. Fine i don't know much about the DJ situation but i do know TGM was huge factor in something that lead to his demise. And i said sorry to Skip and well done yes that's what im getting at is these stupid treads hense stupid posts like i made about skip to try and prove a point. |

Maybe I am being dense, but I don't see how taking pot shots at Skip makes any "point of just how ridiculous this contribution system is." | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. Please explain. I am not quite sure that I can agree with this generality. |

Please explain. I am not quite sure that I can agree with this generality. We have free collage, university education and health care dentistry is part private but cheap for a and our primary education is not board funded ether for a start. These are major factors in improving standards of living and enabling greater social mobility. About a good 70% if our populace lives in small area known as the central belt. Meaning these services are more accessible and delivered more effectively and policy is implemented much quicker. Areas of Scotland do have some bad poverty mostly the east of Glasgow but ive been to Philadelphia and well Glasgow looks like paradise compared to that place. Plus any major city you live in your only like 15 mins from some of the most beautiful countryside in the world. l Our Capital |

| Posted: | | | | Is it absolutely impossible to stay on topic in this place? Seriously. Scrolling through page upon page of useless crap to find actual information is LONG past tired... Quoting gardibolt: Quote: I'm just glad to see so many people own Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. I love this movie and recommend it to anyone and everyone. Agreed!! Absolutely LOVE this film. I remember seeing it for the first time knowing basically nothing about it and by the end I couldn't have been happier that I took the chance and bought it blind. As for the whole standard capitalization thing, I voted for Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. Personal preference I guess, but it's always how I understood the rules as well. | | | The night is calling. And it whispers to me soflty come and play. |

| Posted: | | | | While I may have issue with Tim contributing SOME data for that he does not own. This is NOT obne of those issues, I can see the cover (even without my glasses), I presume that Tim can as well, he did post it after all. for Tim. So I see something of this nature as being something which all can easily participate in, if they chose to. The data is there for all to see. Did I vote, How did i vote, I ain't saying. | Posted: | | | | wow, this topic got derailed. then got rerailed by the original derailers only for someone to jump in a page and a half later to rederail it (even further off the track mind you).
to keep this post on topic, I just want to add the crazy/beautiful (as the cover shows) is in the database (at least the copy I have) as Crazy/Beautiful and pretty sure this was discussed at some point (along with a similar capitalization, I think for i,ROBOT (which is in as (again my copy) I, Robot) not only did the capitalization change but a space was added.
While I agree with the rule of copy the title as it is on the cover, I also think that life would be easier if the title was what would be used while searching for it by title.
maybe we can add a new field, Stylized title, for all these crazy uses of capitalization, numbers, and other symbols.

-Agrare No thanks, we have enough arguments now, I, for one, have no interest in watching arguments what font style or point size is used on a title to go along with the stylized title, this would affect nearly evry title in the database.
