| Posted: | | | | Same here. I'm running 2.1.4.3 and am finding the same. Tried a TV season just now. Crew works. Cast doesn't. For the Cast all I'm getting is the episode dividers. No other data. ________________________ On a related note... I encountered the same issue with the IMDB import function of My Movies. An updated DLL file was provided which resolves the issue. The updated DLL file can be found here for anyone that also uses My Movies. (I browse and initiate playback of my DVD's and Blu-ray's using My Movies for Windows Media Center. Aside from that I have no use for My Movies. DVD Profiler continues to run point when it comes to cataloging my collection. There is no substitute!) | | | My DVD/Blu-ray Collection | | | Last edited: by Lowpro |

Here is a link to Karsten's tools - directly under the list of his programs are 2 links - 1 for dollars and 1 for euros - that allow you to make a donation: http://doena-journal.net/en/dvd-profiler-tools | | | Last edited: by Kathy |

| Posted: | | | | Strange problem: On one of my computers I can't view the Log anymore. It tells me 'Kein Zugriff auf Seite', meaning Access denied. I guess it is more of an Browser problem than a error with CCE2?! |

| Posted: | | | | When you go to the program's CastCrewEdit2.exe, there is a folder called "Data". In it you'll find your settings and your cast and crew cache files. That's also where the log file is. It is a simple HTML file that can be opened and viewed with any Browser program.
Can you see the content that way? | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online

| Posted: | | | | It is not there. But a cce2log.html is created in the windows\temp folder. Seems to have the same content the log.html should have. (I have also no log.txt).
Edit: Your log file is pretty big. Does it include all changes ever? My cce2log.html is small only with changes from the current session. | | | Last edited: by Corma |

| Posted: | | | | Yes the log file is supposed to accumulate. The log.txt is old and pre-HTML (see the timestamp ) Can you check your other computer if it still has the log file? | | | Karsten DVD Collectors Online
