Wow, this gona be a real tough one.. But i will give it a try!

1960's - Psycho \ The Birds

1970 - Jaws. The Godfather 1 & 2

1980 - Scarface \ Platoon

1990's - GoodFellas, Casino Lion King  & Heat

2000's - Lord Of The Ring & Harrypotter & Pirates Of The Caribbean

I will add more later, its a real tough cookie this one.. So the more i watch, more i will write up etc

If you guys have some real good suggestions on movie before 1960 etc, that is very good! And you like, please let me know! Its a really  appreciated! :D

There's to many to mention. But a good idea is to go to IMDB and check out there top films for the 40's and 50's.

Then view actors or directors from those films, and just look through there other work. Bookmark anything you like to watch.

Thanks, found me a few i gona order :D not all are on blu-ray yet.. But guess i'll survive that  hehe, but i havent found any silent movies yet.. Do you guys have any good suggestions? Or any personal favourites, in the silent movie category? Please let me know, been looking for a while!

Metropolis in its newly restored form is excellent. I'd also suggest Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde.

Other titles that regularly come up in discussions of great silent movies are:
Nosferatu
The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari
Häxan
The Phantom of the Opera (restored releasing soon)
The Lost World
The Golem

You could also work your way through some of the big names of the era:

Actors (some also directed)
Charlie Chaplin
Buster Keaton
Douglas Fairbanks
John Barrymore (also brother Lionel & sister Ethyl)
Louise Brooks
The Marx Brothers
(Stan) Laurel & (Oliver) Hardy (some silent, some talkie)

Directors
Fritz Lang
F.W. Murnau
Louis Feuillade

The website Silent Era agree with you:
The Top 100 Silent Era Films

I need to work at seeing more silent movies. I've not seen a single feature of either Charles Chaplin or Buster Keaton (silent or otherwise).

@Piffi - Also check out Ben-Hur: A Tale of The Christ (1925)

Picking out just one favorite movie from each decade was quite interesting.  It was really difficult for the 30's, 40's, and 50's, but it got easier for each newer decade.  I didn't reach back past 1930 because my experience with silent films is too limited.  Here are my choices for today:

1930's:  The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938)
1940's:  Casablanca (1942)
1950's:  The Searchers (1956)
1960's:  2001: A Space Odyssey (1968)
1970's:  Star Wars (1977)
1980's:  Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981)
1990's:  Groundhog Day (1993)
2000's:  Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings (2001)
2010's:  Toy Story 3 (2010)

Just to mention 2

Metropolis
Modern Times (later releases have partial audio though)
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
