Just to be on the sure side: all 3 involved files are in the same directory, right?
What happens if you just type:
msxsl.exe collection.xml covermover.xsl

Only other thing that might be a problem is the directory C:/msx/
Newer Windows-version are quite paranoid regarding file-access, try moving the 3 files to your user-directory and run it there.

If this doesn't help, flag 6 profiles and export them, pack this tiny collection.xml and your version of covermover.xsl together and send them to me via e-mail, will give you the address.

cya, Mithi

Finally !!
it worked great...

only problem i had with picking my whole collection is the illegal naming...
i found that many of my series and movies contain these characters
" :
anyway to bypass those or convert them ?

Those should be taking care of by the covermover.xsl already.

The lines
<xsl:variable name="ucletters">:"*?</xsl:variable>
<xsl:variable name="lcletters"></xsl:variable>

take care of this.

Just download the covermover.xsl anew and check if those lines are present (they are if I download it)
