I have one up for deletion at the moment and it has been contributed to the right region (Finland) and wrong region (UK) by the same person who is then voting "No" to it's removal from the UK region

I'm guessing that I know perfectly well which user you're talking about - this sounds all too familiar...

Since this has only happened to discs I don't really own and just had dubs of, I just went and got a different UPC. Thanks, ended up with much better scans that way too!

Yes i had actually decided not to bother removing these profile as after contacting Invelos about them they seemed less than interested about it and i thought 'if their not bothered why should i be' but this person has lately decided to play silly games so am more than happy to play along, if thats what he/she wants

I also ran into this on 2 of my DVDs. The locality was wrong and there was a request to delete that DVD. In these cases I changed the locality and resubmitted the data correctly. Interestingly these were also listed as US profiles but they were in fact Canadian releases.

I never thought about what happens to those who own that profile - interesting question. One I don't know the answer to.

Edit: Thank you Corey - now I know!

Looks like one of the profiles up for deletion is one we shared. The Canadian locality of Flyboys (incorrectly entered under a U.S. locality).

Thanks for submitting the profile to the proper locality Kathy.

Saved me a bit of time (although I still pulled the disc and have it in front of me, so I'll probably do an update to expand the crew in the next couple of days or so).

You rock!
The night is calling. And it whispers to me soflty come and play.

Invelos probably could do a check to see how many people own the profile before deciding to remove it?

Invelos does not know who owns the profile in their local database. The best they can do, is to check who has uploaded the profile to their online database.
