"If a DVD is packaged in a keep case, within a slipcase of some kind, scan the Cover Images from the outer slipcase."

Well, if you put it down to single wording

If I wanted to take it literally I would insist on a scan (instead of the contributed photography).

and if I remember correctly the Alien Boxsets did not come in a keep case

Well, mine did, so much for your memory.

Come on guys, please remain friendly.

Back to topic: The actual contribution votes are 10 pro sheet, 8 against sheet. Nearly a draw.
This shows, that rules are not clear enough a this point.

Nearly a draw....who knows which votes in the End will win.....

I only know it from the Quadrology Boy of Aliens, but there is the "backcover" a scan of the Sheet ( which it seems i have lost ) which was with the box, but i would take something like that with a yes vote.......or has the back of the box you own an EAN/UPC on it?

Certainly not.

What do you not understand about "...within a slipcase of some kind, scan the Cover images from the outer slipcase"?

Do you really think a "sheet" is a "outer slipcase"?

This contribution is clearly against the rules. The supporters vote against the rules, and only express their personal preferences.

It's not that I don't tolerate personal preferences.

I do understand it very well. But I'm somebody who's able to interpret.

If it is glued to it? Why not.

You may be right with some of the votes, but not all. Read the commends!

The X-Men Trilogie has a transparent slipcase with only three prints on it. The Blu-ray Disc logo,
the "X-MEN Trilogie" Logo and the FSK Logo.
Oh my god, the rules say "scan the slipcase", because slipcase and inner cover are not identical.
Do you own this box? I'm wondering how your local covers are looking like?

That's how I see it.  When you buy the set, the sheet is 'glued' to the case.  Since it is, that is how it should be scanned.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
