This is a non-issue as the common name for this person is 'Gotham Chopra'.  That means we should enter it as 'Gotham/ /Chopra [Autam Chopra AKA Gotham Chopra]'.  I can't speak to how we would deal with it in general but, let's be honest here, how many times are we really going to see this type of credit?

I have seen this with cast, but never with crew.  Crew people only get credited once, either in the opening or in the closing credits.  Cast, on the other hand, can be credited in both.  But this is also a non-issue as the rules are clear on this as well...we take the cast from the end credits only.
