The Id is probably only unique to your own database. I doubt that if I download a profile that you also own, that my actor Ids would be the same as yours. Yeah, I was also figuring that. Might even change on a database update or refresh or API "requery". But the idea is interesting. I don't have to use the official database to make use of the concept for indexing while processing an HTML section. So far, I am not using it, but I am glad to know about it.
