I'm just wondering what the problem may be. Comparing those fullcredit-sites I see only small differences to a normal movie site.

Running 1.7.1.1: I just got this:

I was parsing Dark City when it popped up - second try worked like a charm, so I can't reproduce this at the moment.

It seems I'm trying to set a value in the progressbar that's outside the limits I previously set.

I just can't figure out when that would happen.

Do you try to get data a second time, if you can't get them in the first time? Maybe you count incorrect in such cases?

No the progressbar works as simplistic as possible, it simply takes the rows from the grid as max value (even the title ro or episode dividers) and simply increases with each row.

Today I get a lot of these:

This will pop up a 4-6 times whenever I don't get a search result site, but instead get directly to the movie page.

As I updated to 1.7.1.1 yesterday and I just did a handful of profiles yesterday, I can't tell if it's something about the new version or about IMDb.

No this is something that popped up this morning. It comes directly from the internet explorer control.

I hope it's just a hiccup and goes away again.

Had that happen a couple of times during the last two days, too. I thought it had something to do with being disconnected. I've been suffereing some heavy connection issues.

I get the the script error since wednesday everytime I start up CCE2.

This morning I did 20-25 profiles and got it only one time.
But I get it quite regular at the moment. Four times out of five tries - up to three times per profile.

My connection is - as far as I can tell - stable.

I'll watch Bundesliga now, will try again in about two hours.

Yeah, since my last post I got it every single time - at about 20 profiles. Also I've got an error for the very first time saying that imdb closed the connection and that I should press the get BY button. Maybe the two errors are related? At least the solution (press BY button) is the same.

Which error do you get regularily? The script error in the browser window or the "Value" error?

Both.
But the one I mentioned last was the value-error.
It seems to work right now, but at about 15:00cet, I got a lot of those value-errors (as I mentioned up to 3 per profile).

So I guess something went wrong on IMDb causing this error.

Some hints:
Whenever I had the value-error and started a second try to get the data, the progressbar had a jump-start at about 50%-70%, although the progressbar went constantly up to 100% when the error occurs in the first try.

I don't get birthyears, only headshots.

For a couple of days I get the script error always when starting CCE2 but I don't use it's browser part. So I don't really care much about that error. Probably I'd get it more often if I'd be browsing with CCE2.

I now get the value error usually one time per profile and normally close to the end of the process when CCE2 is almost finished. But I've made a full cast & crew leech of a movie with a giant crew (Thor) to see what happens and got the error around 20 times.

The error always happens during the 'red bar phase'. The BY button lets CCE2 continue where it stopped. Not sure about the HS button but I guess it's the same.

Maybe IMDB recently decresed the time untill they close a connection and the new CCE2 version simply spits out a new progress bar related error message instead of the know timout / connection closed errors ?!

Okay, what conditions are you using? Do you automatically get the BYs after the parsing or do you press the button manually?

Since I can't seem to reproduce the error, I'll need your help.

I've created a special debug version that writes all errors into a file.

You have to start it with "/debug"

The following zip only contains the modified .exe and .pdb, simply copy it over your existing version and then send me the files in "errors" once the value error happened.

It actually starts anew but since the first 50-70% are in the local session cache already it appears as if the progress bar jumps forward. it's processing these entries just really fast.
