Try a database repair and than sync again.

that would be my next suggestion. either right before or after that, double check your adult settings and parental controls... i don't specifically remember these interfering with the ios version, but most times things are "missing" this is somehow involved.

also, post the upc's of the titles you are having problems with and i'll test to see if they work here.

I just tried the two profiles. Training Day/John Q./The Pelican Brief synced without a problem.
The TMNT box did not sync even after a database repair. That box had a blue circle with a white border and the number 15 in it in the thumbnail but not the full cover on the desktop version. I have no idea what that means, but it might have something to do with the syncing problem.

The blue circle with a number in it is used for pre-release titles, it shows the number of days before a title is released.

The one title I have pre-ordered shows (correctly) in the ordered section on my ipod touch.

However when I try to update it with the turtles title added it errors every time I try to update the collection on the touch. 

I honestly don't know. I do have a pre-relesae title that's transferred succesfully, but it isn't a boxset title.

What I did notice is the difference betweenthe two triple features you're trying to transfer is that the turtle set has child profiles that aren't flagged as future releases. So it might be the 'mismatch' between the pre-release date on the parent and non pre-release date on the children that is causing the issue.

Have you tried removing the turtle set and just updating the ipod with the Training Day triple set to see if that transfers ok?

Thank you for that advice. I removed the TMNT set and was able to update with the Training Day triple feature. I will try putting the TMNT set back into the collection after 11/13/12.

I tried to re-add it to my collection today - same problem. It's fine on the desktop, but when I try to update my collection to my iPhone 4s I receive the same error.
